In general, the first treatment will be limited to 30 minutes to avoid muscle soreness and fatigue afterward. We will then progress to 45-55 minutes in the water depending on your response to the treatments. Your individualized session will consist of a mix of shallow water exercises and activities with and without equipment. If you are comfortable, we may include some deep water exercises also. Each appointment is focused on helping you meet your goals of less pain and improved function.
